Change tempo of backing tracks?

Hi there: I'm learning Rockabilly 101 (Rockabilly Playalong). I opened the backing track to play along, but the tempo is a bit fast for me at this point. Is there a way to decrease the tempo?

[p]There is not currently a feature to alter the tempo of the jam tracks in the player on the lesson page. However, you can download the tracks & then play them in a media player like WinMedia or iTunes that offers that feature.

You can also slow down the tempo of the video playalong.
