Ah ah! That sounds like a muting issue. Often that sound happens because you are slightly pulling the string when you remove your finger. You should work toward lifting your fingers cleanly off the strings without making any unwanted noise.

But you can really help yourself here with the muting I mentioned in my previous reply & lesson links. Give them a try!
