How Can Do An Up-Bend Without Other Noises

I've been playing guitar for 6 years now but had this problem forever and I want to know how I do a bend on the 1st string of my guitar while not sounding the other strings or getting any buzz? Maybe it's something that just comes with practice the more I do it, but...If there's a video you can drop talking about the technique that would be appreciated. Thanks a ton!
