Hello. I am new here. I just accomplishes Key of A songs of core 1. I tried to play along the jam track which I did good for the other previous key songs however on this song "shiny objects" the drum beat confuses me when I need to change chords. What can I do to not pay attention to the drum and concentrate on my own timing ?

I suggest slowing the lesson down and playing it slowly. Or, try playing just the song without the backing track.

It's super important to play and practice very slowly so you can really get a feel for when the changes and nuances happen. As you get the hang of of it, slowly speed it up.
