I'm assuming you mean a slash chord C/D in which the bass note is D & the upper triad is C. If so, then probably the easiest way is:

But you could also barre all that like this.

In a few jazz tunes that call for an 11dom chord I use this voicing.

A lot of which voicing to use is going to be determined by what chords or notes are immediately before & after this chord. That will help decide which one is more musical or more efficient.
