I tried this but my guitar sounds worse. Some chords sound fine, but most are not. So my ears are rejecting equal temperament, and I have to just put up with it to adjust or what?

I posted a thread earlier about how one of my guitars only plays certain chords depending on how I tune it .... well my other guitars sound fine.
