I was wondering what method do ya'll think is the most effective is the tuning with harmonics better than the 5th fret and u know the rest. Or are they about the same?? Personally I feel the harmonics one is easier because i have an ear for the deaf when it comes to ear tuning and all that crap, i just throw on a crapload of distortion and tune with harmonics and listen for the up and down waves ( i cant member what those are actually called so thats good for now).
