On lesson two "Everything Groovy" at the 2min 53 second point Lawrence demonstrates the strum pattern to aim for. Could anyone please help and annotate the pattern for me as I am struggling to get it 100%.

I think he is more or less trying to get us to loosen up. I didn't take time to break out the annotation but threw some ideas together.
I don't think you need to go for a perfect replication, just have fun with it. It's a great song, I had forgotten about it, but it was pretty big back in the 70s.
This year the diet is definitely gonna stick!
