Epiphone Les paul
I broke down, i had to get an epiphone les paul...now i have two different mid range quality/price quitars, i have standard fender and a standard les paul from epiphone. My question what is the best design for the les pauls? I got an all wood colour, kinda like tan. Im under the impression that everyone likes the cherry sunburst les pauls...probably cuz of slash! what your guys take...and plz no, "the colour shouldnt matter responses" i just asking for preferences.

well, i'll tell you about my Gibson Les Paul Standard (Double Cutaway Plus).
It is red color, mahogony back and neck, etc, flame maple top. looks very sharp.
my favorite wood is Coco Boala, very beautiful color.

I have a Epiphone Les Paul and I really like it. That´s actually the only guitar I ever had and I won´t change it too soon. I had to change frets ones and I have changed mics (seyomur duncan) Epiphone´s orginal sucks ass. But I´ll change it for a Gibson Les Paul as soon as I can aford it.

Hmm, what sucks about the normal humbuckers...i understand that your not gonna get the p-90s that come with the real gibsons but are they that bad?! i havent played it yet.

another question...
i played the epiphone in the store and i have a standard as well but i found the les paul to be easier to play...do you guys find that as well?
plus what is the difference between the stuido, standard, standard plus etc etc and other different models of LP?
