Which style should I choose to leanr next?

I'm a beginner currently on the guitar fundamentals level 2. I think some weeks form now I will have it finished.[br][br]I have an interest in playing metal but am not sure which area I should play next. [br]Rock or Blues.[br][br]I heard from checking a bit of the metal videos that the style has blues influence but I don't know if this should influence my decision. [br]Is there one that would be advisable for me to study first? [br][br]More than even Metal, what I truly wanted was to have really good technique and be a really good guitar player. [br][br]Thanks.

We do not offer courses in the Core Learning for metal but ifyou choose either rock or blues, the skills there will be easily translatable and applicable to metal.

Since metal is a bit closer related to rock, I would recommend jumping into the rock courses. In rock level 2, Anders even has a section on metal, and you'll need to be familiar with the materials from rock level 1 to follow along.
