Hi

First of all...great site.

I’ll get straight to the point...I’ve played guitar for 15 years now and consider myself an intermediate/advanced player. However, when playing lead I can’t seem to go any faster than 16th note licks at about 120-130bpm. I feel like the problem is more to do with not knowing how to count 16th note triplets or 32nd notes and obviously not having licks to rely on that are faster than 16s. It also feels unnatural when I try to play faster and I can’t feel where the beat is. Please help!
