That depends on your current skill level & exactly what you want to do with your fingerpicking technique; what style or genre. There are Lisa's more traditional acoustic fingerpicking lessons that are great way to start. Even though they are taught on acoustic guitar, they show the basics of fingerpicking in an easy to learn manner & can be applied to electric guitar.

Anders does some pretty neat Travis Picking on electric.

One of the lessons in this tutorial is about how to use finger picking in a rock style on electric. This is really useful for practicing controlling dynamics.

Finally, they are a little more difficult, but the Giuliani Right Hand Studies for classical guitar are excellent, systematic exercises to build right hand picking technique. And I've been able to apply them to just about every style I need to play fingerpicking.
