Hi. Joined today. I hope I stay.

I have guitar knowledge and practice for over 20 years - the thing is only - I can't

play how I want to. So maybe I get it now and make progress.

Never was too hard into learning something new or did learn but made no real progress.

The greatest challenge still is learning songs.

So enough chit chat - I would say intermediate player but with some blind spots.

I am from Germany and I love electronic music too.

Another thing I like is to produce Techno songs. Still learning. So maybe you have a listen.

Thank you for reading this. :-)

I need more time!

Hi,

No, you're never too old to learn. I'm 64 years old, been playing since I was 17, and I am still learning. No matter what level you are on, if your passion for the instument is strong, you will continue to progress in the adventure that guitar playing really is.

Its an emotional roller coaster for sure, periods of anxiey, friustration, and at times exhiliration. But in the end Its all worth it.

I don't plan on quitting any time soon, even if arthritis is setting in my finger joints ( a D can be painful lol).

Keep on picking my friend.

Started at 50. Since I plan to live longer than 100, I've still got 50 years of learning to play left!

Also.... I can afford better gear than if I had started when I was a kid.
