does anyone have an Idea? I thought maybe active ones are good but I have never played an active bass. Im really into slap bass and I could do with a replacement for my crappy p-bass :)
I play slap on both a Peavey Cirrus and my wife’s Squire P-bass. The Peavey has 2 active soap bars and sounds awesome through a Bass Pod (I’m an using the Sun Coliseum preset settings, straight into a desk (DI and out put mixed) however the P-Bass with GSH Boomers on is also OK !
