Hello, I am new to this forum, and I have a problem with my newly bought Dunlop crybaby wah pedal, it makes wired scratchy noises when turned on, I know it doesnt come from the guitar, because it doesthe noises even if I completly unplug the guitar...

Here is a video of it : https://youtu.be/biwPzcFHhlI

So do you all think that I did something wrong, or is there maybe something to fix ? Or shoulld I just go and return it ?

Thank you for your help,

Edgar ^^

HI edgar, Do you have the problem when plugged in? I have and older cry baby that will not 'crackle' but make funky noise until im plugged in and playing. I run a distortion pedal into mine. No problems when playing.

Hey KPC1163, Thanks for your reply, It works better with an overdrive in front of the wah, though the crackles are still earable, but not ostentatious, Thank you very much, I hope you ar ehving a nice day
