Pickups

im thinking of putting some humbuckers into my mex. standard strat, but i dont really know where to begin. Im lookin for a fatter zeppelin/guns and roses/metallica tone. what would you guys suggest? Also would i be able to install this myself or should i have it professionally done.

Humbuckers in a strat uh?
That will require some expensive routing i think.

Best thing to do is to install a single-coil-size humbucker.

Maybe check out the Seymour Duncan JB-jr?
I heared it's a great overall pickup.

yeah, thats what i was talking about, the ones that will fit into a strat. thanks for the advice, i'll check out those seymour duncans
