Look at the last line of the first verse. Gotta let it roll. The chord and lyric notations are completely out of sync.
The sheet notation has its own problem: there is no accompanying lyrics.

I understand what your frustration here but you're looking at it the wrong way.
The last line of the first verse: "Gotta let it roll" has the C at the tail end of the word "roll" because that's when Lisa plays the C chord. If you watch the video here, you'll notice that she doesn't switch to the C until she says "roll."

As far as the sheet notation goes, that section is not supposed to have the lyrics, it's meant primarily for just the music.
