when you have a tab writtin like this, how would you play it?

------------
-------4----
------------
-------0----
------------
------------

would you mute the string in between or strike one string with the pic and lift and strick the string below the non played one?
WWSD? What would stevie do?

The way I would do it is I would touch the G string with the end of the finger that is fretting the 4th fret on the B, and when you hit the D, G, and B, the G would be a chuck, and you wouldn't be able to hear it.
Rock and roll ain't noise pollution, but it can get pretty crappy these days.

Well, i had always thought that you needed to pick those with your finger and pick. I always do that and it sounds good. The only problem is it can get hard or frustrating when you first start out. All the other ones are good to.
