This thread was probably started a long time ago, but oh well. I just wanted to inform y'all that I purchased a Carvin DC727 last week. I'm not a big fan of the looks of most Carvin guitars, but this one is a true beauty.
Jet-black finish combined with an ebony fretboard with no inlays. Looks very nice.
The way it plays is out of this world. I've been playing for about 10 years now, and this is definitely the best playing guitar I ever had my hands on. It sounds great, and after I upgrade the pickups it'll sound even better. Can't wait till I have the cash to do it! :)

Anyway, for whoever asked "what do you think about Carvins?", all I can say is that they're good, damn good!

I'm off to play some more with my new toy. :)
