Taking a break from playing is pretty common! I've taken breaks from picking up my guitar for months but it's like riding a bike. It's so easy to pick up the instrument and just strum a few chords, or learn a new song you like.

Be patient, and you got it. My best advice is to look for a song you don't know how to play yet, a song you really enjoy, and learn it. that's the best way to get back into things!
