Fixing an electric guitar

Hi i need to know how to change a pick up on my guitar because a screw is messed up and keeps popping out. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated thanx

Is this screw on the face of the pickup itself, or is it one of the height adjusters?

You may not need to replace the pickup. Visit the service department of a couple of shops and have the techs look at it. It may be a simple fix, or you may find that you do need to replace the pup. Either way, you'll get a better answer than anyone here can give you, without actually examining your axe.
