This not a direct gear question. I'm interested in getting my songbooks put into digital files for a tablet where you can search titles and turn pages with a foot pedal. Any suggestions as equipment required or buget services available?

http://www.musicreader.net/ has a solution that may or may not be the best answer, but it does give you enough info that you should be able to further search for your perfect solution.

Hope this helps, Myst

You could always scan them to images on your computer with a printer/ scanner.
