Major scale grid pattern lower Octave

In Guitar Fundamentals 2, we learned :

moveable major scale grid pattern lower octave

moveable minor scale grid pattern lower octave

moveable minor scale grid pattern upper octave

so I wonder what happened to the moveable major scale grid pattern upper octave ?

does it exist too?

if so, could you give us the pattern here ?
