Hello GT

Hi. I'm Chris. Been playing guitar for a long time now. I'm purely a hobbyist player who loves music. I really want to build my song vocabulary so that I can play fun songs for friends and family. I'm looking forward to diving into the huge song offferings here as well as maybe learning a bit more about the nuts and bolts of music. Not sure where I fit in the whole core learning thing because I've really got a good grasp on the fundamental. I'm thinking I’ll just begin with a few songs made easy lessons and go from there but I’m open to suggestions. I love connecting with guitar enthusiasts and am stoked to be on the forum.

That sounds like the perfect plan - jump in and have fun learning to play some songs that you love.

If you come across a technique or matter of music theory that is not familiar to you, you can always look through the Fundamentals courses for clarification.
