I am currently in the middle of Guitar fundementals 2 learning the major scales. Would it be beneficial or deteremental to skip around back and fourth between the blues or rock lessons and back to fundementals?

Hi andrewlross87,

I think it would be okay if you went back and fourth between rock and blues lessons and fundamentals. The only thing is you might run into somthing that you don't know how to do yet. But if it works for you, then why not!

I'm curious how long it takes people on average to finish each level. I am about 75% done with level 1 and have been playing about 3 weeks. I try to practice 30-45 minutes a day.

You’re right where you should be. Took me right at a month to get through GF 1.

Persoanlly, I mgiht adise against skipping around to much. I found that doing so makes me feel more confused and less dedicated to finishing the attempted lessons. Maybe you have better ethic than me, though.
