Hi all - not sure why it hasn't been asked about on here yet but maybe I'm looking in the wrong forum. Loop functionality is no longer 'functional' When I click loop A & B are together in the middle of the screen and I can't move either icon. Anyone else experiencing this? Tried on two computers (WIN 10 and WIN 7) and on my smart TV (where I do all my lessons) and none of them work.

[br]Thanks

Well I guess the good news is it's the site and not our 'computers' like I thought it was at first (until I tried my other two). Hopefully they get it rectified soon as yeah, only way I can 'sort of' learn the solo's is by using he loop function..... maybe I was the one that busted it :(

I wasted a bunch of time trying Chrome, Edge, etc. Was really getting pissed. Very frustrating. If you can't fix the problem, AT LEAST update the help screen to advise students not to waste their time and pull their hair out!

I'm also having this issue, if anyone is interested as a temporary solution I'm downloading the lesson and playing it via VLC media player https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.en-GB.html and using the A - B loop function.

Yes, Loop function worked for me last night. Good practice session with some gains made. It didn't work for me over 3 days, but then some of that time would have been weekend in the US so probably understandable that it wasn't sorted immediately.

Hope it's good to go from now on!

Yes looks to be fixed! Sometimes that happens glad the folks at GT were able to fix it relatively fast :)
