You don't find this kind of information on tablature reading instructions. Tablatures are for fretting and ornamenting notes on fretboard. All other information is on standard notation, such as time values, rests, key signature, song structure ...

You can find standard notation reading tutorials on GT by typing "Reading Notation" to search field.

A song structure contains usually repeats and jumps (Segno, Coda, Fine). Basic way to navigate through it, is to play first all the repeats. Then on the last repeat jump first to Segno (if present), and after Segno the next jump is Coda. (Then there can be double Segno and double Coda as well). If there is Fine, then stop there on the last time.

In CCR's Lookin Out My Backdoor you play from beginning (remember the verse repeat) until jump to Segno (D.S. al Coda) at the end of the Solo. Then the Segno starts from Bridge, and you play until jump to Coda (Da Coda). Then play the Coda to the end.
