Saying 'Howdy Everyone' from the ranch in Central Oregon. I decided to learn guitar to have something to do when I get to where I am riding or just sitting around the campfire. I just started the basic lessons and am really enjoying them. I am glad I waited until retirement as I have more patience and don't expect to learn everthing all at once. So far the dogs aren't howling and the horses haven't run off so all is good. Have a great New Year.

Welcome I'm also pretty new, just finished basic and the fundamentals, I also waited til I retired. moe time, something i've always wanted to do. sounds like from where your from and the campfires which i also enjoy down in Okie way, that you'll probably go country. well i went rock and have Anders for instructor which he is awesome. so good luck and have fun that's what it's all about
