Maybe the owners of the rights to Neil Young's songs don't want to deal with GuitarTricks, or maybe they want too much money for the rights to use the music here. It's the only reason I can think of. I'm sure the GuitarTricks tutors and administrators would include some iconic Neil Young if they could.
