download videos

hi there

i am downloading the videos cause my internet connection at home isn't very good...

so when i want to download the videos i can only download one or two and than it says that you can only download 15/day....so what is happening??

a week ago everything was fine...and i could easily download 15/day

i've got a good internet connection where i am downloading the videos....

Hi - I'm sorry to hear of that issue. We haven't made any updates to the download system and haven't heard of that issue from anyone else lately.

In the past we have found that some security software that people have will affect the download count. Do you have anything like that running? You might want to try a different browser if that issue persists.
