Maple.
Beautiful leaves, great syrup, and dang, it looks good on a guitar top.

I think i'm gonna have to go with a Chestnut tree. That way kids could play with the nuts that fell from my branches just as i did when i was a boy. I learnt many tactics thanks to that chestnut tree in the backyard, hehe.

Dad always thought laughter was the best medicine, which I guess was why several of us died of tuberculosis.

Since you want to be plywood... are you saying that people shape you into who you are?

Do people shape me? Yes, but not always the way they may have hoped, many people will shape us all during the course of our life, some for good and some for bad, I think a tree is a good analogy for a life, trees are shaped by their enviroment in every way possible, being strongly rooted is as important to us as it is a tree, with strong roots, the storms may scar you but they won't knock you down........

Also, Plywood is stronger than solid wood...

Lemon-scented gum tree. There's one outside my room, they are truly beautiful trees. I pretty much love all eucalyptus trees in Australia, but the lemon-scented is one of my favourites.
