Nothing dunder head about it. It often takes me many many hours to get a tune down. The one I am learning now in fact has a shortish acoustic verse but there are lots of small variations and I have been working on it for days. Just about nailed it at last and then onto the bridge. The whole song will take me a couple of weeks of 2 hours a day on it so don't beat yourself up over it. Keep working at it and you will get there

Hey man.. i have the same problem with every song.. lol. I find playning along with Lisa right form the start a little intimidating and my fingers go all over the place. trying to keep up .. dont worry.. you arent alone.
I realised.. printing out the music and practicing the music on my own and at my own pace works better. Then when im confident.. playing along with Lisa and the video..goes alot better.
