Does anyone know about the Woods brand guitar? I purchased one from a music store that had it discounted, but couldn't get any hits on it on the Internet.

Are you referring to a Randy Woods guitar? It has a ubique W on the headstock? If so, Randy is a luthier that lives in Pooler GA. You can look up his website under Randy Woods Guitars and Pickin Parlor. He is a very, very good luthier and hand builds his guitars. He has been in business for 40 or so years.
I hope it is one of his guitars. They are worth some money.
