I'm currently looking for a new tuner that's +/- 0.1 cent (or better). Preferably of the hand-held variety (I don't have a rack yet). I've been looking at the Korg GA Custom and was wondering if anyone had any advice/input.

Thanks

What is this "strumming" of which you speak?

Fender Squier Affinity HSS Stratocaster "Kelli"[br]Epiphone Les Paul Special-II LE "Callie"[br]Rogue RA-090 Concert Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar "Theresa"

The vast majority of handhelds are at about 1 to 1.5 cents. That's pretty good considering there are 100 cents in every half-step. :) [br][br]Even the Korg orchestral tuners are only 1 cent.

If you want to get to 1/10th of a cent you usually have to spend a bit more. I've never used the Korg GA custom but it looks sharp! And at $25 it's well priced!

When I want max accuracy (setting intonation) I use my old Peterson strobe tuner.

The newer models are about $200, but about as good as it gets.

Their newer clipmounts are also 0.1 cent & list at only $60!
