The kit has arrived with a rosewood fretboard, Mahagoni neck and maple plywood hollow body. The fretboard has acrylic block inlays.

Shim the neck to the soundboard[br]Through the alignment process, the neck has become a little far up from the soundboard. So I decided to shim the gap to the soundboard.

Great project!

It's a good idea to document the process. I did a couple of project guitars with my kid. One was an assembly build kit like this one. We had a lot of fun doing it.
