Hi there everyone I jsut bought a new capo...but I am concerned that the rubber used for padding on the capo will damage the nitro-cellulose coating on my Gibson Les Paul
If anyone uses such a capo with their Gibson please let me know if it is ok to use.
If I were you i would get rid of the Capo... becuz i'm paranoid and would be thinking that me and my guitar shall DIE if I don't get rid of it. I mean ruining it is not a risk to take.
You can put a bit of paper between the cappo pad and the neck, this will sort out your problem, or the Dunlop cappos (about 5 bucks) don’t do the quick release thing but wont touch your neck
