Hi Mike,

I joined GT this year, as a beginner, and really enjoy Lisa's fundamentals, and your gift of teaching and playing, especially some of my favorite Stones songs. I looked through the threads and didnt see this question, so I hope it's not a waste of time.

I am trying to get comfortable with the Stones Style Techniques you taught in the lesson on a Squier/Fender Strat. The sus chords really make the sound more authentic. As for the Chuck Berry power chord techniques you teach, I am finding that my fingers are not long enough to put my index finger on the 3rd fret, and my pinky finger on the 7th fret. Actually, when I play power chords, it's been most comfortable for me to use my index and pinky fingers, but I am trying to get better at the way Lisa teaches it in Guitar Fund 2 with three fingers.

So my question is, is there another technique to would be a Stones Style/Chuck Berry power chord to use? Or am I not playing your technique correctly. Thanks for all you do!

Steve
