Not just for beginners

Hi all

My name is Green, I've been playing for 26 years and have a degree in guitar performance...but I needed some new inspiration and a friend recommended this site. I am so happy to have joined-I've gotten some new ideas, branched out into styles I've never tried and also found that the way the instructors describe things helps me with my own students-so even if it's a concept I know, a different way to explain to new guitarists is helpful for me. I didn't realize it, but if you spend a lot of time hanging out with music school types, you actually forget some of the things you are doing that are second nature.

Anyway, I am loving this site and spending a few hours every night going through different lessons and filling in the holes in my playing and in my teaching. This was so worth the money!

I have been playing on and off since I was 18, I am now 53 and returning to the guitar after a 12 year hiatus.

Yes. It is almost like starting again but I am hoping that guitar tricks will give me a leg up learning wise and inspire me to get good at it again.......god help the neighbours!
