Hi from the Netherlands!

Hi everyone!

I'm Natasja from the Netherlands.

I'm 35, wife and mother of 3 little kids. I'm new to guitar playing. Well not really. As a kid, my father tought me some chords and basics. But that was a long time ago. My mum gave me an old acoustic guitar few weeks ago so I started plucking and trying to remember what my late daddy told me. I was surprised what I still knew and really got the hang of it!

So next week I'll go to the nearest guitar store and buy me a decent guitar. I hope to learn some blues and rock.

I'm happy I stumbled in this website because, with the help of the people of guitartricks.com and this forum I'm sure I'll learn the right way!

It's been a couple of weeks and I'm really enjoying the lessons! I learned so much already! esp. on the techniques! I'm really exited about how my progress will be in a year! My cousin invited me to perform with his band (rockabilly kinda stuff) next year! So that will keep me motivated too!
