I never viewed a gaming system as a great way to use the web. Too cumbersome.

My recommendation is to either use a laptop that has HDMI and connect to the tv and then use a wireless mouse to navigate.

Another way is to get a streaming device that supports Android and use an all-in-one little bluetooth keyboard with built-in mousepad. Then just choose your browser (i.e. Firefox, Chrome, Opera, etc) and off you go.
