I hate to be one of those people, but this took me a long time to figure out, so hopefully posting this will help prevent somebody else in the future from wasting as much time as I did :).
In the pre-chorus section of your Deep Purple Hush lesson, you go through the various fills. You show pre-chorus 1, 2, 3, and 4. However, when you say you're playing the second half of pre-chorus 2, you're actually playing the second half of pre-chorus 3. It seems to be a video editing problem because after showing pre-chorus 3, the next fill you play is from pre-chorus 2.
It sounds simple now that I know what's wrong, but it took me a long time to figure it out :).
