Hey JJ, thanks for the post. I can tell you took a lot of time to list out everything you want in the forum and I appreciate that.

It's not completely true that we haven't been working on the forum. We added the newest posts page, subscriptions to threads, post previews, an improvement to the avatar system, and a handful of other things that people said they wanted.

But you're right, we haven't added back all the features you mention like birthdays, private messaging, etc.

We are a pretty small team here, and the reality is that we don't have the resources to develop all the features everyone requests as fast as we want. You want us to bring back a happy birthday email, while most people want us to go get more songs and produce more video lessons.

Sorry to dissapoint you with the progress! We are working on it at the fastest pace we can.
