I haven't received an email from GT in a month. I emailed the question to their help dept (twice). No answer at all. Whats going on?

Have you checked you junk mail folder incase it's ebded up there by mistake? i've never had a problem getting a reply back from Guitar Tricks myself the few times i have needed to contact them.

I just got a reply from them a few hours ago, no fail there.

Hi Bill - I went in and saw your emails to us, as well as the replies we sent back to you. It looks like our customer support guys replied the same day you emailed us, so I wonder if the email wound up in your junk folder or something.
If you're wondering about our newsletter, it looks like you are subscribed and that you have been getting (and opening) the newsletters. You should get another one in a couple of days when we release the next issue of Guitar Tricks Insider.

Hi Ben. I haven't recieved any emails since I first queried @Jan 11.. When I first emailed asking why I haven't received any emails from GR since 12/24/16. I immediately received an email back (twice) which was a copy of an email you sent me in Oct.
Botton line I am not getting any emails from GT.

Also, I am not getting any email notice when I get a reply on the forum. There seems to be a connection.
