Hi,

I have been working, praticing, and downloading Lisa McCormick's beginners lessons. I was trying to download the lesson "Learn the Song Long Long Train" but the download link is not working, and I even tried as it is suggested on the page, to right click the link and use Save As, but unfortunatelly it did not cooperate with me.

Love the course.

I'm sorry that the download feature isn't working for you. Can you tell us more about the issue so that we can try to figure it out? We aren't seeing any problems with the download button. Are you getting an error message?

Ben,

I was able to download the lesson today.

This is the procedure I always use to download a lesson:

1-Click Dowload Lesson button on the lesson page.

2-A second page opens with a link to the file usually with the lesson name.

3-I click on that link.

4-A small window open on the bottom of my screen. I click the save button on that small window.

5-The file downloads and then on the small window I am given the ability to open the file if I want to.

The problem was occuring on step three. I would click the link and nothing would happen. I waited for over 10 minutes and nothing happened. I closed the page and tried again with the same result. I tried to download then next lesson and I had no trouble. Again I repeated the procedure with the Lesson Learn the Song 'Long Long Train' and I was not able to download. That is when I submitted my request for you guys to check into the problem.

I am very happy the link is now working and I am sorry I brought something to your attention that was not working but now is working perfectly. I guess Murphy paid me a visit yesterday.
