Excellent news on the arpeggiating!
Yes you can adapt any of the electric parts over to the acoustic. You might find it more difficult to play some of the electric parts depending on the part, so you might want to tweak the parts to make them more suitable for the acoustic.
For example, the first lick in the solo over the E chord -- I would incorporate that lick an octave lower while you're strumming on the E chord. Just add those notes on the G and B string into the open E shape and adjust your strum to get the phrasing on the lick right.
