Hey Alf, your situation describes me perfectly. I played acoustic for a few years about fifteen years ago and got bored.

While waiting for a medical appt, I walked into a pawn shop in the mall to kill some time. The owner was playing some riffs on an electric guitar. We started chatting and I walked out with a used Squier Strat and a pretty decent (didn't know it at the time) Roland 15GX amp.

I've played it every single day since. Liked it so much I went out and bought a genuine Fender Stratocaster HSS in a nice cherry red. I'd play the thing all day if I could.

Can't wait until the day when muscle memory takes over and I can start feeling like it's more a natural thing. Like Edward, I've got my sunglasses on.
