Hey there! This is a tough question for me to answer for you. The Fender looks like a decent guitar for the price, but the Martin would be better quality. Maybe with your budget you'd be able to find a higher quality guitar second hand?

I would say if you are just looking for a decent instrument to learn with, the Fender would be a good choice. If you are looking for an instrument to play gigs with etc., it may not hold up as well.
