well, there ya go, now. The first time I saw a V, it was in the hands of Kim Simmons of Savoy Brown. The second one I saw was being played by Albert King. So by the time I saw Hendrix with one, I knew it as a Blues guitar, and I was ready for what I heard when Jimi played "Red House" with it!
