I have a full subscription, however, every day I get this error message 'resource unavailable' on my Ipad 4 (IOS 9.3.2) using the app to ALL lessons AFTER logging into my account. There is no pattern to this error. If leave it for a couple of hours, I get access again??!!
When this error occurs, I log into my account using Windows PC and have no problems.
Has anyone encountered this problem and has a solution?
