Hello I joined recently to the site and I really like ... my question is this: how can I get those artificial harmonics on the low strings screaming in the style of zakk wilde or john petrucci? I am not exactly a beginner and I can get artificial harmonics in the high strings but not as I would like in the low strings. I have a Peavey wolfgang guitar and a mesa boogie mark V amplifier. I put the gain at most but the sound that I get does not satisfy me. Can you give me any suggestions? Thank you

Here are tutorials aimed at that technique, also called pinch harmonics.

Gain on your amp obviously helps, but notice that most of it is physical technique. Practice slightly adjusting the amount of contact your thumb makes with the string after picking. I've noticed that a heavier, thicker pick is also better for this because it provides more precise control of when, where & how the pick strikes related to your thumb grazing the string afterward.

Hope this helps. Best of success with it!
